This Cookie Policy explains how Tarcaz Labs Private Limited uses cookies and similar browser storage on the SalesCraft platform.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Local storage and session storage serve similar purposes. They can keep you signed in, remember preferences, and, if you allow analytics, help us measure use of the Service.
Necessary storage is active because SalesCraft cannot provide secure authentication and core product functions without it. Analytics storage is optional and remains blocked until you choose Accept analytics.

If you consent, Google Analytics helps us understand page usage and general device/browser characteristics. PostHog helps us understand authenticated product usage, including device class, browser, operating system, screen and viewport dimensions, responsive layout bucket, and selected product events.
PostHog autocapture, session replay, surveys, pageview capture, performance capture, and IP address capture are disabled. We send only named, allowlisted product events; we do not send email addresses, prompts, search contents, or contact data in those event properties. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are disabled in our tag configuration.
Firebase Authentication uses necessary browser storage to manage login. Optional analytics are provided by Google Analytics and PostHog. Their handling of data is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy and PostHog's Privacy Policy.
You can accept analytics, continue with necessary storage only, or change your choice later. Withdrawing consent denies Google Analytics storage, opts this browser out of PostHog product-event capture, resets its PostHog identity, and removes known first-party Google Analytics and PostHog cookies. A Google tag already loaded on the current page cannot be unloaded; with analytics storage denied, Google says measurements without analytics cookies may still be sent for basic measurement and modelling. Withdrawal does not delete analytics already lawfully collected; contact us if you want to request deletion.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent login and may break the Service. Common browser settings:
