If you belong to an organization, leaving or deleting your personal account does not delete research owned by that organization. Your membership is removed and retained creator/audit references show a neutral deleted-user label. A sole organization owner must first transfer ownership or archive the organization.
Payment, billing, security, and audit records may be retained in de-identified form where required. A keyed pseudonymous trial-eligibility claim is retained for the configured anti-abuse period; it cannot be used to sign in and does not block a later account or organization membership.
Deletion is processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete. This action is irreversible.
