This Privacy Policy describes how Tarcaz Labs Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), operating the SalesCraft platform ("Service"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information. Where consent is required for optional processing, we ask for it separately.
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via Google Firebase Authentication.
Usage data: To operate the Service, we process information about how you use it, including websites you submit for analysis, product descriptions, seed customer names, search queries generated, and pipeline results.
Technical and security data: Network identifiers such as IP addresses, access timestamps, browser type, and device information may be processed in application, hosting, authentication, and security logs.
Optional analytics data: If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics measures page use and general device/browser characteristics. PostHog receives a pseudonymous account identifier based on your Firebase UID, limited role and plan properties, named product events, browser, operating system, device class, screen and viewport dimensions, responsive layout bucket, and timestamps. Our PostHog implementation does not send email addresses, prompts, search contents, or contact data as analytics event properties, and PostHog IP capture is disabled.
Payment data: If you purchase credits, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies. We share only the minimum data required for each service to function.
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and secure authentication. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Pipeline run data (search results, scores, slides) is retained for 12 months from the date of creation. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Analytics data is retained according to our configured provider retention settings and only for as long as needed for product measurement. Browser analytics identifiers have separate lifetimes described in our Cookie Policy. Withdrawing consent disables Google Analytics storage and PostHog product-event capture for future activity, but it does not unload a Google tag already running on the current page. With analytics storage denied, Google says measurements without analytics cookies may still be sent for basic measurement and modelling. Withdrawal does not automatically erase previously collected data.

We use necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, preferences, and core functionality. Google Analytics and PostHog storage remain blocked until you consent to analytics. We do not use analytics for advertising, and our consent controls keep all advertising-related Google consent types denied. See our Cookie Policy or change your cookie settings.
SalesCraft is a business tool not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
